3. Exchange Process
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, you can request an exchange by following these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sagasagi2024@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Return Authorization: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and our shipping partner will collect the item from you.
- Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been processed.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
